0Ok, I know its last minute, but for you out there who haven’t yet filed, here’s a tip for all college students.
TurboTax offers a free filing service to anyone who makes less than $31,000 a year. This includes both state and federal, normally Turbotax would charge you $40 for the state return. Oh, and its really really REALLY easy to use. So get it done already!

Student Loans Tie Us Down
As many of us near graduation, repaying those loans become an unpleasant reality. Hopefully you didn’t take out extra loan money to party, but even if you didn’t most of us are looking at about $130,000 in loans… and that’s before the interest really starts to kick in.
The other day we had a presentation where loan repayments were explained. Any many people left as confused as they were when they came in. This article strives to help clarify your options. $130,000 at 6.8% will be used as the loan value for all calculations. All calculations also assume that you don’t make additional payments, that will be covered at a later time.
